Adult Ministry
“By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” We call our groups BASIC groups. No it isn’t really to confuse you, but more to keep us from limiting ourselves in size, to avoid any hang-ups that come with the small group idea, but most importantly to remind all of us of what we are: Brothers And Sisters In Christ. BASIC. Some of these groups exist as Bible studies, others are people gathering to go through a book together and discuss it. Some groups are there just to hang out, others are people sharing a common interest or goal. No matter the reason, we believe it is healthy to connect; it is nourishing for people - and for the Body of Christ. Even if you’ve had small group experiences somewhere else, you may find that a new connection and different mindset is just what you’re looking for. There is a reason Jesus came and connected with all of us and encouraged us all to do it as well; give it a shot!
